The mdb LDAP backend needs more I/O ops than the bdb backend, especially the UCS@school tests. 

We should switch from m1.medium to m3.large for our Jenkins tests.

See Bug #36725, switched back to m3.medium and set ldap/database/mdb/envflags=nosync in @school tests.
