Please create a test script that test exam mode with more advanced tests (file distribution, proxy/share settings, ...).

A new script is created with the name "101_exam_mode_settings" to test the exam mode for:

- fetching the correct set of schools.
- fetching the correct set of internet rules.
- fetching the correct set of groups.
- uploading a file to the exam module.
- starting the exam with extra options (files, share mode, internet rule,.. ).
- distributing exam files.
- collecting results during exam.
- finishing the exam.

and between every check it:
- waits for LDAP replication.
- waits for S4 connector replication. 
- check s4 rejected objects.
- check proof uniqueMember.

The script fails if any condition was not met.
