+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #36637 +++

/etc/init.d/postgrey needs to be updated to the new init script (it is a UCR template). In this version /etc/init.d/postgrey stop does not work.

A new script with the name "60_postgrey_can_be_stopped" is created to test if /etc/init.d/postgrey stop works.
