Device Gray

While creating ucs manuals all grayscale png images are converted to "Device Gray" where Black gets gray.
The images become brighter and look like they are out of focus or transparent.

I added a temporary workaround to the manual build process which converts all grayscale png's to RGB.

I guess the report is no longer valid since we build the documentation via Jenkins.

You guess wrong: the hack is still needed.

The reStructuredText based documentation doesn't convert images in PDF to grayscale with the 5.0 major release.

I consider this bug as closed, because we don't use DocBook anymore.
