We had a report about sharepoint search not showing any results when a user searches (e.g. for own documents). The attached Samba patch is supposed to address this issue by adding support for the calculated AD attribute "tokenGroupsGlobalAndUniversal".
Comment 1 Arvid Requate univentionstaff 2014-12-08 15:30:23 CET
samba has been built with the new patch:

root@master30:~# univention-s4search -b CN=user1,CN=Users,DC=ar323i2,DC=qa \
                                     -s base tokenGroupsGlobalAndUniversal
# record 1
dn: CN=user1,CN=Users,DC=ar323i2,DC=qa
tokenGroupsGlobalAndUniversal: S-1-5-21-1321302125-2478590243-1519018431-513

Advisory: 2014-12-08-samba.yaml

We've got postitive test feedback about the patch and I've posted it upstream.
Comment 3 Stefan Gohmann univentionstaff 2015-01-14 09:52:17 CET
Code review: OK

UCS Test: OK

YAML: OK, but I've removed UCS 3.2-2 from the list because it is out of maintenance.
