When setting the option "Icon im Systemabschnitt verstecken" in the iTALC management console, it is not possible to lock the screen and input devices. When the option is unset again locking and unlocking is possible again.

So the student can prevent that a teacher locks her input devices?

No, the iTALC management console cannot be opened without administrative rights.
