The release notes of UCS@school 4.0 v2 and 3.2 R2 v3 should contain a paragraph for bug #37154 and 36450:
The admin should check for overlong usernames in LDAP and take appropriate actions. Especially a hint for problems in conjunction with the exam mode should be added.

- local mirror has been pushed to external app center 
- quickstart guide has been updated
