Description Jan Christoph Ebersbach univentionstaff 2015-02-27 14:54:49 CET
I run a Memberserver that's reachable from the Internet and I use the nice UCS overview as the entry page to a list of services. I'd like to hide certain administration links. The only way I found to do that is to unset the related UCR variables, i.e. ucs/web/overview/entries/admin/umc/*. Unfortunately, the next update will set the variables again which results in the link showing up again.

It would be very helpful if there was UCR variable ucs/web/overview/entries/.*/disabled that could be set independent of any packages that would disable the the entry indefinitely.

Does it work if you set them to an empty value via --force?
 ucr set --force ucs/web/overview/entries/admin/umc/label=""

In UCS 4.2 these will be entries in LDAP / better configurable.
