This is no regression. The test case checks the behavior of ucsschool-s4-branch-site and the S4-Connector. It's a very fragile construct and I'm unsure if the fake DC Salve accounts created by the test case can even prove any real world behavior. Maybe yes, maybe no. The fact that this bug report is quite old leads me to suspect that it has never worked properly in the first place.
The script is still broken. I will disable it for now. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 39964 ***
OK (test cannot be stabilized unless s4 dns replication can be tested properly).
