This is based on customer feedback via Ticket#2015022321000814

While creating a new exam, all mandatory fields are only evaluated at the end of the wizard. For example, I can leave "Exam name" empty on the very first page of the wizard. The warning will then appear three clicks later when clicking on "Start exam". The feedback suggests that mandatory fields should be checked and warned about directly when clicking on "Next" on the same page.

If no class/group has been selected, the quickstart button presents the following message: ""Für die Klassenarbeit wurden keine Empfänger ausgewählt."
This message should be revised, too.

The fields are now validated when switching the page. The messsage about the recipients is still a pop up but directly pops up when trying to switch the page. The message has also be adapted to match the shown field names.
