With the reference to UCS 3.0-2 Bug 27935, the script 10role copy the content of /var/cache/univention-system-setup/packages/*.deb to /var/cache/apt/archives/

At least in appliance mode this seems unnecessary, as /var/cache/univention-system-setup/packages is included in a seperate sources.list file until system setup is complete.

This is an unnecessary slow down of system setup, around 850MiB of debs is copied. We should check if this is still necessary with UCS 4.0
