For UCS based Docker containers a couple of special adjustments are required to work around some limitations when running inside a Docker container.

E.g.
* /usr/sbin/update-initrd fails on some package updates
* Clean up apt-caches
* Install haveged
* ...

We now have a package univention-docker-container-mode in ucs_4.0-0-ucs-container.

Daniel has already merged it in version (1.0.0-0) and I just cherrypicked the dependency "jq" and added that to the maintained packages list.
Changelog adjusted.

univention-docker-container-mode is not in maintained. Is there is reason for this? I would prefer having it in maintained. Currently our image still uses an old (and bugged) version of it. And I have no way of upgrading it other than rebuilding the image, removing the container and installing a new one.
