Test IMAP and SIEVE support in Horde, when Dovecot is used instead of Cyrus.

IMAP and (manage)SIEVE worked out of the box.
Commit 60834 makes some adjustments to configuration files so they work with UCRVs from both Cyrus and Dovecot.
