Commit 61540 adds UCRVs with default values:
* mail/dovecot/auth/cache_size "100k"
* mail/dovecot/auth/cache_ttl "5 mins"
* mail/dovecot/auth/cache_negative_ttl "1 mins"

Commit 61545 documents the auth cache TTL settings in the manual.
