If too many users have been created, the following message is shown:

You have too many user accounts for your license. During this session add and modify are disabled.

It is possible to delete users. This should be explained. Once Bug #38835 has been implemented, it is also possible to disable the users. It should also be explained that the user has to re-login.

first suggestion:

'You have too many user accounts for your license. Add and modify are disabled. Disable or delete accounts to enable the options. (Re-login required)'

'Sie haben mehr Benutzerkonten, als Ihre Lizenz erlaubt. Das Hinzufügen und Bearbeiten von Objekten ist deaktiviert. Deaktivieren oder löschen Sie Benutzerkonten, um die Optionen zu aktivieren. (Re-login notwendig)'

As discussed with Alex another suggestion:

'You have too many user accounts for your license. Add and modify are disabled. Disable or delete user accounts to restore editing. A re-login is then required for changes to take effect.'

'Sie haben mehr Benutzerkonten, als Ihre Lizenz erlaubt. Das Hinzufügen und Bearbeiten von LDAP-Objekten ist deaktiviert. Deaktivieren oder löschen Sie Benutzerkonten, um wieder editieren zu können. Anschließend müssen Sie sich erneut anmelden damit die Änderungen übernommen werden.'

We also spoke about the idea to replace the tooltip which will appear if the user opens the users module with an alert to provide more information.

I replaced the second tooltip with an alert dialog that provides more information about how to re-enable add and modify again.

The 4.1-0 changlog number has been increased via a different commit.
