Shared folders without mail address are not shown in OX, even if they have been manually subscribed.

r61964 (1.0.0-2) fixes this. The problem was that the permissions for newly created shared folders was wrong.

Correct. The new package creates the shared mail folder without mail address with correct permissions. Folders are available after subscription (and relogins) in Horde and OX.
