According to docs.univention.de/manual-4.0.html#pdf-printer the field 'Destination' should remain empty when adding a cups-pdf printer but this field a mandatory one in UCS 4.0

correct. Nevertheless it is possible to create it when leaving the field empty. Even entering anything is possible.
It is not really easy to change this.

This bug hasn't seen any update for several years. I close it.

If you still see a need for it, you can reopen the bug. Please add an argumentation about why it's important to take care of it.
