Preview Samba 4.3 for UCS 4.1

Milestone 1 for UCS 4.1 should include a preview of Samba 4.3.

2:4.3.0~rc3-1 has been imported and built. It's been built against the embedded Heimdal snapshot. I adjusted our source package for that rather than messing around with patches. Package update worked for me.
Just a short QA is enough (Windows client join, short GPO check, ucs-test). We will upgrade the package at a later point again.

Ok, the 45dns_test failed because the latest package version built in errata4.0-3 had not been build in ucs4.1-0 (errata4.0-3 Bug 34184), which apparently caused an issue when running the test twice. The other tests might have failed due to the new samba warning message [2015-09-22 20:41:53.859779]STDERR: 'WARNING: The "syslog" option is deprecated'. I now adjusted the smb.conf template to use the new "logging = file" parameter instead. I adjusted this in univention-samba4 and univention-samba and rebuilt the packages. Let's see how the test results look. On my UCS 4.1-0 Master it was ok after fixing these two points.
