Update UCRVs ucc/image/defaultid/thinclient and ucc/image/defaultid/desktop, which control which images will be shown by the UMC image module

I adapted the default image id for ucc 2.1: ucc21{thin,desktop}
r62077 ucc-umc-setup 4.0.0-1.41.201507131549

UCC 2.1 uses a new image file on our server: image-index-ucc-2.1.txt
