Once Bug #38953 has been fixed, the appreport/* UCR variables should be added through the app center ini file.

Can now be specified in the ini file:

AppReportObjectType=users/user
AppReportObjectFilter=(&(mailPrimaryAddress=*)(!(disabled=all)))
