1 UCS Master + UCC (no s4)
1 UCS Slave + UCC (no s4)
1 UCC client with ldap/server/addition=slave

Login fails if slapd on UCS Master is stopped. pam_krb5 fails (client unknown because ldap is stopped) and pam never tries pam_ldap.

We probably need to add a second kdc (slave) to /etc/krb5.conf (and in the test we have to stop slapd and heimdal on the master).
