bind9 rndc reload doesn't properly reload Samba4 DNS zones. The dns_bind9 module (or maybe our patch for it) ignores zones that it already has seen before. I think it needs adjustment.

Since the bind9 listener module uses rndc reload, it would be good to fix this. I don't know of any critical issue that might arise from this currently.
