Currently (UCS 3.2-6), displaying a banner in a ssh login can't be configured using UCR variable sshd/banner.

When setting the variable, the following traceback appears:

~# ucr set sshd/banner='/etc/issue.net'
Setting sshd/banner
File: /etc/ssh/sshd_config
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 12, in <module>
TypeError: object of type 'bool' has no len()
