Show a note if a big image has to be downloaded

The UMC App Center module should show a note if more than 200 MB will be downloaded, for example if new docker images or layer must be downloaded.
Only a note is shown: Downloading app image docker.software-univention.de/ucs-appbox-amd64:4.1-0. This may take several minutes I do not know how to retrieve the image size (esp. the effective size, disregarding layers one may already have) of a docker image. I hope this message is enough.
As discussed, I think we should show a note that it may take a while. It depends on the internet connection and the server performance.
Fixed in univention-appcenter 5.0.11-2.32.201510291417 Note is shown once a docker app is to be installed. Warning can be shown multiple times, but one has the option to never show again. This is stored in LDAP just like the dialog is designed when opening the App Center the very first time. This is UMC only, no warning for command line or anything.

Containers have to be downloaded once. After that they can be used multiple times. Depending on your internet connection, this may take up to 15 minutes Which container is to be used is controlled by the App. It may be necessary to download a new container with another container based App or with an update of the App. But most Apps base on the same container. The note is also shown during the uninstallation. I think that should not.
