Please add a test case which checks if ntpd has been started.

See ucs-test/tests/00_checks/20_pgrep_samba_nmbd as an example.

Added a test (test/tests/50_check_for_ntpd) that does a pgrep on ntpd. 
If ntpd cannot be found, the test fails.
