The tests directory contains 2 directories: 60_umc/ and 60_umc-system/
It seems that this causes that 60_umc isn't executed at all.
Is the name conflicting or isn't the package ucs-test-umc installed?

The problem was that the ucs-test-umc Package did not Provide a ucs-test-module.

60umc is now part of Jenkins again and reveals already failed tests as can be seen:
