It should be possible to force the SAML login for users in UMC.

Maybe we could simply add an UCR variable which defines a lits of groups. These group members must login via SAML.

It is OK if some features are not usable in this scenario for example the centralized App Center.

This is no longer needed. We will make it possible to extend the normal UMC login with a multi factor authentication: Bug #39611.

One reason for this request was to verify a mutli factor user can't use the normal login which will be obsolete with Bug #39611.
