Breaks installations. Postgresql packages need an import and rebuild.

Error in source list: after upgrading from 4.0 to 4.1 the 4.0-errata sources were missing, but the client from 9.1.16 (from errata4.0-2) was already installed. Without the errata list, 9.1.15 from 4.0-2 was chosen for the database package.
