screen is longer installed by default on a fresh UCS 4.1 installation. Maybe it is no longer on the DVD?

Verified: screen has been added to univention-dvd/tasks/ucs410/task-ucs410, it is present in the iso and it is present on a new installed master. Changelog not required.
