This is due to
  univention-app register

in the join script.

More specifically: A docker app was installed on this non-master system. So univention-app asks for a read/write-connection to create the app's computer account (if necessary).

The credentials are given in the joinscript. They are just not passed to univention-app. --noninteractive should be used anyway.
