When installing a Docker App, a progress bar is shown. But unlike during the installation of normal Apps, the progressbar is not centered to your view, but centered relative to the DetailsPage. So if you have a very small window (e.g. because of developer tools open), you hardly see the progressbar at all.

AFAIS, this is a generic problem with the standby mixin, cf. Bug 36541.
