If ldapsam:trusted = yes (which is the default in samba/upgrade.py.upgrade_from_samba3()) the classic upgrade segfaults:

samba-tool domain classicupgrade /var/lib/samba3/etc/samba/smb.conf --dbdir /var/lib/samba3

Added ldapsam:trusted = no to samba3upgrade/smb.conf.d/11univention-samba_ldap, can be configured with samba/ldapsam/trusted

S3->S4 inplace migration worked for me now

Verifed:
* Works
* No adverse affects detected (compared LDAP and S4 with and without this change)
* Changelog ok
