If the password self service package is selected during installation, the following error occurs:
Setup the Softwarecomponents: univention-self-service: no such package
Setup the Softwarecomponents: univention-self-service-passwordreset-umc: no such package

Which install medium did you use? self service has only been included very recently in DVD builds and appliances
