Before 4.1 the app logo was a app.png in the meta-inf dir. Now we have the Logo and LogoDetailPage attribute in the app.ini and the we want svg files.

We should describe that in the app tutorial.

Maybe just reference to the developer reference?

Furthermore, it should also be checked, if the requirements for the logo changed besides the file format. Up to UCS 4.0 we required the logo in square side ratio with 50x50 pixels.

It should be documented:
* The required file format: vector graphic in SVG format
* The side ratio, if any.
* The attributes in the app meta data .ini file and what they control.
