Current solution:

Administrators can copy /usr/share/pyshared/univention/management/console/modules/passwordreset/sending/email_body.txt somewhere, edit it to their needs and set umc/self-service/passwordreset/email/text_file to the new location.

Possible enhancement:

Add UCRV umc/self-service/passwordreset/email/text_file/LANG and choose the text file that corresponds to the locale set by the user requesting the password reset.

Requested by customer during remote installation.
Comment 3 Michel Smidt 2016-10-11 17:29:23 CEST
Based on my experience with a customer this is more than a "1: Nuisance – not a big deal but noticeable". I this case it was a "nogo" for the admins. They said that this can't be used for students and teachers.
But the provided workaround in Comment 1 with a customised (german) text totally fits for the customer.
So, I would like to increase the "How will those affected feel about the bug?" to "2: A Pain ..."

There is a Customer ID set so I set the flag "Enterprise Customer affected".
