51_samba4/60_dns_register_exclude_interfaces doesn't clean up the DNS records it created via DDNS.

Two changes with r67664:
* 51_samba4/60_dns_register_exclude_interfaces: Use a dummy network
  interface since samba doesn't consider virtual interfaces if one
  interface is already excluded (Bug #40275)
* 51_samba4/60_dns_register_exclude_interfaces: Cleanup old ip
  addressees (Bug #40275)
