I was not able to reproduce this issue and suspecting a timing issue. The ucs-test script has been adapted to prevent timing problems.

ucs-test (6.0.31-14):
r66764 | Bug #40421: 43_proxy/06_check_number_of_child_processes Check number of running processes several times if unexpected number of processes has been found.

Please reopen, if this bug happens again.
