libxml2 should be updated to 2.8.0 (Debian Wheezy) in UCS 3.3.

The package has been imported and built.
libxslt from UCS 3.2 has been rebuilt against it.

UCS 3.3 changelog adjusted.

(both xmllint-runs produce lots of errors - they are expected - they are the errors in the xml-files, not of libxml2)

Since this bug was intended to serve as a catch all for various library issues I reopen it for the imagemagick backport for Bug 37077 Comment 5:

Cherrypicked and rebuilt as version 8:6.7.7.10-5~ucs3.3.58.201605231743.

Since graphicsmagick is affected too I've split this off as Bug 41330.

Resetting to pervious state: Verified Fixed.
