patch: activate online repository in any case

Our appliances have repository/online=no by default.

If the Option 'Upgrade system after installation' is not selected during system setup, the script 20upgrade will exit before repository/online is set to yes.

I added the patch to the app-appliance component.

patch applied, functionality verified.

Reopen:
As discussed, this is not yet merged into the development tree. Setting this to reopen until it is merged and a yaml file is available.
