With the UCS 3.3 upgrade the errata level should be set to 0.

* Removed errata level patch. The errata patchlevel has to be reset (Bug #40764)

Verified:
* univention-errata-level version 2.100.0-1~ucs3.3.1308.201605130654 installable
* After that version/erratalevel is reset to 0
* svn/patches/univention-errata-level/3.3-0-0-ucs/2.100.0-1 removed
