If i select a new app on one UCS System and want to install it on another host, it is not ensured that the remote host has the correct and up-to-date metadata available. The App installation will then fail. The App Center should update the remote servers metadata before initializing an installation.

To reproduce: switch to test App Center on both hosts and try to install an App, that is not yet in the productive App Center, on the other host.
