Description Nico Stöckigt univentionstaff 2016-04-11 17:58:12 CEST
Customer feels lost when trying to create a CNAME record (Ticket#2016041121000206).

a CNAME record is called ALIAS and even the creation form is not fully clear what values to enter where. A better inline help/hint would be usefull.

For ALIAS (CNAME) as well for 'Host Record's the rfc names should be used (at leased within brackets). Also it is not clear that IPv4 (A) and also IPv6 (AAAA) can be entered at the Host Record form.
