The package ucs-school-umc-distribution has to be adjusted to work with the new attributes/object classes.

The UCS@school lib is now used. Some additional small code cleanup has also been done.

OK: code now uses ucsschool.lib.models to find for example groups.
OK: manual functional test of material distribution using the UMC
