LDAP indices for "ucsschoolSchool", "ucsschoolRecordUID" and "ucsschoolSourceUID" are now registered in join script 35ucs-school-import.inst
if the schema has been registered in LDAP successfully before. The registration is performed only once: during installation or during update to UCS@school 4.1 R2.

REOPEN: Why doesn't the joinscript fail if the indexes aren't added?

REOPEN: 'univentionAppID' is the wrong attribute:
+			/usr/share/univention-ldap/ldap_setup_index --add-eq univentionAppID

- the joinscript does now fail if e.g. the LDAP server isn't running
- the copy'n'paste bug has been fixed
