Updater log 3.2-8 -> 3.2-99 -> 3.3-99

Upgrading the 3.2-8 AMI (ami-26e84f55) to 3.2-99 and then to 3.3-99 in the IN8 Jenkins test fails during the 3.3 upgrade step with unresolvable dependencies.
