If a new version of an App ships a new version of a join script, the join script is not copied to the jonscript dir and univention-run-join-scripts is not called.

Added _call_join_script for app updates (same container, new package version) and container updates in
  univention-appcenter 5.0.21-3.167.201606060134

Also added a test script:
  80_docker/66_app_upgrade_in_container
