UCS school master (without s4)
  + UCS slave with S4

Joined windows client (account has not been created in UMC prior to the join) into slave (windows dns server = slave), the openldap computer account is now correctly below the school ou

-> univention-ldapsearch cn=WINXPSP3 dn
dn: cn=WINXPSP3,cn=computers,ou=school1,dc=w2k12,dc=test

But in samba the account is below the global computers container

-> univention-s4search cn=WINXPSP3 dn
dn: CN=WINXPSP3,CN=Computers,DC=w2k12,DC=test

Workaround is to create the windows account via UMC beforehand.
