joinscript 40ucs-school-ucc-integration.inst creates "cn=ou-default-ucr-policy" for every joining school server (with the relevant values for this server) that has not this policy.

example: OUxxx has not cn=ou-default-ucr-policy because it has not been turned active. If DC_somenumber is rejoined, a new policy will be created with relevant values for DC_somenumber. If OUxxx is made active, then it is possible, that these values are not overwritten.
