Univention Bugzilla – Bug 41932
Login as Administrator was not possible
Last modified: 2016-09-29 17:28:47 CEST
I've installed a UCS 4.1-3 pre-release with the complete software selected via DVD. I was unable to login as Administrator after rebooting the system. The system-setup-boot package was not completely uninstalled and the file /etc/pam.d/common-session was not written by UCR. It looks like a timing issue while rebooting the installation.
Fixed. If the setup wizard is called via the debian installer, the setup progress bar will wait until all cleanup scripts have been executed (inlcuding removing the system-setup-boot package). If the setup wizard is called via an init process (i.e., appliance setup), the behaviour should be as before, i.e., the cleanup post scripts are running in the background while the progress bar has already been turned off. univention-system-setup (9.0.4-35): r71464 | Bug #41932: remove the setup status file after all cleanup scripts when installing from DVD changelog-4.1-3.xml: r71465 | Bug #41932: added changelog entry
