Typos with .po files and descriptions

Attached some collected feedback regarding text typos from partners.

The typo has been corrected for 4.1 (r72258).
This Bug has been cloned for 4.2, because the changes couldn't be applied to 4.2 at the time.

It seems like the translator is right with the missing "Please login with a valid username and password.". Apparently univention-ucs-translation-build-package doesn't include the management/univention-management-console-frontend/index.html at all.

I have created Bug 42286 for this.

There are still occurrences for the typo "occured", but this is in comments in the code, so we will leave it as it is for now.
